The Sebel Pier One Hotel (The Hotel) is situated in a federation-style wharf building with most of its original structures and features well preserved. The hotel provides accommodation, venues for meeting and functions as well as restaurant facilities beneath the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The scope of the Project is to carry out an internal refurbishment to all its 161 accommodation rooms distributed throughout its all four levels.

• Re-wire & Install all new Power cable / Light fittings
• Reconnected Hotel internet data outlet in all new room configuration
• install 2 x phone outlets per room with room extension number
• Relocate AV set-top box / Remounted 32inch LCD monitors in individual rooms
