LAN Installations is authorised by NBN to complete the fibre optic infra-structure for residential + commercial buildings for the new broadband network rollout. The greenfield Multi Dwelling Units (MDU) panel is for new buildings that are under construction by a nominated builder i.e Mirvac / Merton / Lend Lease. LAN Fibre Technicians have to work closely with design scope of work + adhere builders staging plan to complete requested solution.

To date LAN Installations has completed [18] buildings with 2500 end points

Description: To Complete NBN Building Design requires the following;

• The Mount of all NBN passive component – PDH, CTL, FDC, FDT units in riser + main comms room, Installation of fibre back bone cabling from PDH thru to CTL.FDC + FDT.
• The Mounting of all NBN active components in end points of each apartment with NTD, SUP + fibre wall outlets, Installation of pre-term fibre field cable from FDT thru to end point.
